INAUGURATION AND BLESSING
OF THE LIBRARY
OF SAINT VINCENT DE PAUL UNIVERSITY
IN THE VILLAGE
D’AKAMASOA
SUNDAY, JANUARY 07 2024
On Sunday January 27, 2024, we had the pleasure of inaugurating the LIBRARY of Saint Vincent de PAUL University, located in Akamasoa. This new building, now the largest on campus, was donated by Fondation Alain Mérieux.
Mr Alain Mérieux made a point of coming in person to inaugurate the library, and we thank him warmly, since despite being 86 years old, he didn’t hesitate to travel so far from his country to encourage us to continue our fight against extreme poverty.
Our friend and benefactor Alain Mérieux, moved by the hard work carried out in Akamasoa over the past 35 years, promised to continue to help us with the next projects we present to him.
Our joy was immense. Indeed, the Université Saint Vincent de Paul has thousands of students, whom we try to support through our many projects so that they have every chance of succeeding on their side, and can help their compatriots.

Actions such as these are only made possible by your donations, very small things that, when put together, make big things come to life. Keep up your donations, we need you more than ever.
